* CROWDED POOLS - as you probably already knows,most of the accommodations in Croatia are big buildings with small pool and although you have a pool in offer it is very hard to find a place around it and impossible to really anjoy in it between all this people.Quality of the water in those pools are another thing that we will not even talk about it.Villa Sunrise has only 3 apartments in summer season,each apartment has its own patio with sunbeds around the pool that is waiting for them in any time,so even if all guesst are using the pool in same time ( which is really unusual) you will have a chance to enjoy it completly.

* PROFIL OF OUR GUESSTS -our guessts are usually people who are working or having their own companies,many of them,high educated people from big cities who are looking for retreat from noise and crowds,want to have real holiday time.We appreciate any person that comes in our region but as we are small and want to have best for our guessts we must have some restriction.None of these restrictions has anything with our private opinion.We do not accept reservation with kids under age of 3,pets,groups of young people who are looking for parties,any groups that are planning some celebrations with a lot of noise.We do not give grill option and any kind of parties around the pool as those things always leads to noise and disturbe other guesst.So if you are in some of those groups we will not be able to accept your reservation.Peaceful surrounding is our primary goal and we have it on our mind when we are accepting reservations.

* PRICE - we really understand that everyone wants best for his money.If you take a look on internet and check offer of private accommodations,hotels,villas,hotels in Croatia soon you will discover one truth - it is hard even to find accommodation like our.Or you have big bulidings with 20 or more apartments or you have private villas with prices that are not a problem only for milionars.We are between all this,not cheap but affordable for the profil of guesst that are coming to our Villa.

* PRICE GUARANTEE -we always hate when we reserve some accommodation on our travels and come later and see that they reduced the price and some of guesst paid different price.We do not have last minute offer or first minute offer.All guesst are paying same price and under same conditions,we do not change it for noone.Only good thing about reserving long before arrival is fact that you will be able to choose time of your arrival and apartment as we are usually receiving first reservations year ahead.

* PRIVACY - owners does not live in Villa or close to it,Our Villa is your home during vacation,it is not place where we will stand over you every day.
