CHARMING AND BRIGHT APARTMENT WITH LARGE TERRACE– at first floor (sleeps 4+1 ) with stunning panoramic sea view at Dalmatian islands and lovely bathroom with big Bath tube 140 x 140. It has a magnificent view at our swimming pool.

TERRACE: Large 20m2 with  outside dinning table and 4 chairs ( south – west facing ).
Decorated with Yucca and Cikas palm in the pots.Here you can enjoy in calm nights with the moon  and looking the lights of night ships.

SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Very airy , painted in the mild shades of gold this room will be the place where you will enjoy.Seating sofa for 4 people and blue arm-chair.It has large glass doors opening to the terasse.In one part of this room is french bed for 2 persons. At your disposal is Tv /SAT and cd/ radio player. Equiped with Air Condition.

BEDROOM: Has a view at sea and swimming pool, included one bedroom for two persons and wardrobe.Equiped wit Air Condition.

KITCHEN: Type of the open plan kitchen, fully fitted with integrated appliances- oven,electric stove, fridge/freezer,microwave, filter-coffe maschine.Everything you need for complete self catering.

BATHROOM: This bathroom is one of the best points in this apartment.Here you can spend a nice time in big Bath tube 140 x 140 and enjoy in  bathing.It has a nice toilet glass with clear halogen lights.

PARKING: Situated in front of the house.

Prices

Price does not includes TOURIST TAX 1,00 Eur-o pro person per a day.
INCLUDED IN PRICE: water, electricity,bed linen,weekly change of bed linen, towels for bathroom, final cleaning, cooking utensils

Please respect that all our apartments are NO SMOKING apartments.Smoking is allowed only outside on terrace.

We can not accept reservation with the children under age of 3.

Reservations with PETS are not acceptable.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

15 days after you have made a reservation you need to pay 30% of total amount on
our acount which we will give you after your reservation.
This deposit is NOT refundable in the event of  cancelation.
The second part of total amount/ 70 % / you need to pay on the first day of your arrival.

ABOUT ARRIVAL:
Arrival in July and August is after 14:00 p.m. and departure till 10:00 a.m.

In case of late arrival (after 20:00) you should inform us about it.
