SUN TERRACE: Large ( 20 m2 ) south-facing private terrace with   2 sunbeds .The terrace provides a wonderful and romantic setting in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or dine al-fresco under the stars and is only a few steps near the Pool and Jacuzzi. Exclusive position – one part of the Pool is in front of the apartment with separate entrance in.

SPACIOUS LIVING/DINING ROOM: Comfortably and tastefully furnished in modern  style and painted with Feng shui colors (orange-red shades) , with large glass doors opening onto the terrace. Satellite TV/ 82 cm – Air Condition,DVD/MP3/Divx player,Hi-fi system.Extensive sofa for two persons.

DINING AREA:Unique big glass table with mahagony, Seats 4, and has open archway to kitchen.

KITCHEN: Fully fitted with integrated appliances - oven, electric stove, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board. Everything you need for complete self-catering.

BEDROOM ( with garden view): It has one French bed 160 x  200 and one seating sofa,  12 m2, wardrobe. Painted in yellow – orange shades for  relaxing time.

 BATHROOM: Spacious ( 9 m2 ) with Bath Dusche and big toilet glass with halogen light

PARKING : Situated in front of the house and possibility of using garage at your request

Prices

Price does not includes TOURIST TAX 1,00 Eur-o pro person per a day.
INCLUDED IN PRICE: water, electricity,bed linen,weekly change of bed linen,towels final cleaning,cooking utensils,cutlery,aircondition.

Please respect that all our apartments are NO SMOKING apartments.Smoking is allowed only outside on terrace.

We can not accept reservation with the children under age of 3.

Reservations with PETS are not acceptable.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

15 days after you have made a reservation you need to pay 40% of total amount on
our acount which we will give you after your reservation.

For citizens of USA,Australia,Canada,Japan....and In case of small amount reservations we have PAY PAL option to avoid bank transfer costs.In that case you can make a prepayment with your credit card.

This deposit is NOT refundable in the event of  cancelation.
The second part of total amount/ 60 % / you need to pay on the first day of your arrival.

ABOUT ARRIVAL:
Arrival in July and August is after 14:00 p.m. and departure till 10:00 a.m.

In case of late arrival (after 20:00) you should inform us about it.
