Prices

Price does not includes TOURIST TAX 1,00 Eur-o pro person per a day.
INCLUDED IN PRICE: water, electricity,bed linen,weekly change of bed linen,towels final cleaning,cooking utensils,cutlery,aircondition/heating..

Please respect that all our apartments are NON- SMOKING apartments.Smoking is allowed only outside on terrace.

We can not accept reservation with the children under age of 3.

PETS are not acceptable.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

15 days after you have made a reservation you need to pay 40% of total amount on
our acount which we will give you after your reservation.
This deposit is NOT refundable in the event of  cancelation.
The second part of total amount/ 60 % / you need to pay on the first day of your arrival.

In case of small amount reservations we have PAY PAL option to avoid bank transfer costs.In that case you can make a prepayment with your credit card.

ABOUT ARRIVAL:
Arrival in July and August is after 14:00 p.m. and departure till 10:00 a.m.

In case of late arrival (after 20:00) we need to be informed in advance so arrangements can be made.
