General Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Booking and payment

 
Inquires and booking of accommodation can be done electronically at the web page http://www.villa-sunrise.com by the contact email. When booking the customer is required to give all the informations necessary in the booking procedure. By confirming the booking details and payment of booking deposit with Villa Sunrise the customer as the first named person on the booking ( the party leader) confirms that he is familiar with the General terms & conditions and that he accepts them in their entirety.
When booking the customer is required to pay in advance a non-refundable deposit 30% of the full rental costs while the balance must be paid at the first day of arrival.

  1. Sojourn tax

     
       According to the Croatian law on the Sojourn tax, costumers are required to pay the
       Sojourn tax when paying for their accommodation.The amount of Sojourn tax to be paid
       Will be stated on your reservation calculation.

  1. Arrival and Departures

 

The customer are excepted to arrive at Apartments Sunrise after 14.00  Croatian time on day of arrival and to depart till  10.00 a.m on day of departure.If the arrival is after 10.00 p.m without specific notification, customer  may not be able to access the apartment until the following day. Apartments Sunrise is unable to offer refunds as a result of time lost in the apartment due to trafic jams or flight delays. In addition refunds cannot be issued on apartment rentals aborted early.

  1. Customer's right to changes and cancelation

 

Should customer wish to change or cancel  reservation, this must be done in written form.The following are exampels of changes: changes of the first named person on the booking ( «the party leader «), any changes to the number of persons or changes to arrival/ departure dates. Changes must be made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.The first change to the reservation is free of charge unless it entails further expenses for Apartments Sunrise.
Should the customer not arrive at booked apartment before midnight on the arrival date and the customer has not informed Apartments Sunrise about it the reservation is considered to be cancelled.

  1. Villa Sunrise liability

 

      Villa Sunrise obligation to take care of provided services,hosts and customers
      Interests and rights according to accepted customs and practices in tourism. Neither
      Villa Sunrise or the property owner shall not be responsible for personal injury or
       any cause of that injury for any member of booking party or of any person at the
      property.
        
     

  1. Customer's obligations

 

 The customer is required: to obey customs regulations and other regulations of the Republic Croatia

  • to produce upon arrival valid documents for registration for each person in party ( passport or ID )
  • to produce on arrival the balance for apartment rental in cash
  • to obey Villa Sunrise house rules and to have good relations in good will with the host
  • The customer must keep the property and all furniture, facilities,  equipment in the same state of repair and condition as the commencement of his holiday and in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.He will be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to the property.Apartments Sunrise  reserves the right to make deductions for any extra cleaning over the number of hours committed to final cleaning.By confirming the reservation the customer accepts to pay for all damages caused directly to the host.
  1. Number of people using the property

 

Only those persons named at the time of booking  and registration may use the property without prior agreement. Persons staying at the apartments are not allowed to bring in persons who are not guests in Apartments Sunrise.We has the right to terminate the rental without prior notice and without refund if the numbers are exceeded.

  1. Access

 

The property owner or their representative shall be allowed reasonable access to the apartments to carry out urgent maintenance and/or inspection.

  1. Behaviour

 

       The customer is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of the party. You will be required immediately to vacate the Apartment and you forfeiture the rental fee and booking deposit you have paid to us for any of the following:
· If we are noticed that your behaviour at Apartment or outside at the terasse-garden, swimming pool is not correct and decent beacuse of using the drugs or alcohol or because other reason.Nudism is  prohibited.
· Causing damage to the unit or to any of the neighboring units
· Any other acts that interfere with the neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their property.
Smoking – please respect that this is a no smoking house and we request that you smoke outside – smoking in bedrooms is prohibited.
A cleaning extra fee will be assessed for any deviation.

19. Security, luggage and valuables

Apartments Sunrise are situated in secure enviroment and has no thefts records at all.Apartments Sunrise are not responsible for damaged, destroyed or lost luggage, as well as for the theft of luggage or valuables in the apartments. Any valuables left at the apartments are left at guest's own risk.No refund can be given should customer decide to vacate the apartment as a consequence of burglary.

20. Complaints

The Guest is required to complain immediately on the day of arrival. The guest is required to cooperate with Apartments Sunrise owner or representative in good faith in order to rectify the problem. If the guest refuses to accept the solution that is in accordance with services paid for, Apartments Sunrise is not required to accept any further complaints referring to this service.
Apartments Sunrise does not accept claims related to elements that are not part of the accommodation ( noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundaries of the property or which is beyond our control, as well as for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps for the water, boilers, air condition system, kitchen appliances nor for the failure of public utilities such as water  and electricity.
If the guest does not make a complaint on the spot then does not have a right to be refunded.
Apartments Sunrise cannot be responsible for the weather condition, the cleanliness and temperature of the sea as well as all similar situations and events not directly related to the quality of the reserved accommodation unit that can result in the dissatisfaction of the guest.

In case there is a need to interpret these General Terms & Conditions the Croatian version shall be prevail.

21. Note
 
 Upon payment of booking deposit of 30%  the customer or booking party accepts and understand the General Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
